Assembly and TestingIn order to verify that our machines meet with our customer demands and satisfaction, each machine is commissioned on site to ensure that it performs to the expectations and specifications required. Once each machine has met the specified criteria, it will be disassembled, cleaned and treated with rust prevention before being crated and shipped to the customer.

Delivery and Installation.
Sunhope’s trained and skilled technical personnel will carry out the installation and training required in the operation of all Sunhope equipment to ensure successful and proper operation and maintenance of our machines. This will usually take between 7 to 20 days in our customer’s factory, and is dependent upon the equipment requested and local skills.
We have established technical support personnel in Europe and the Middle East with extensive knowledge of the production of paper bags in order to provide our customers with strong technical and after sales support.
