Sunhope is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of square-bottom paper bag machine products through cooperation with European companies.

33 years ago, our team designed and manufactured a fully automatic envelope machine. At present, our envelope machinery series products have high popularity and market share. Until today, the envelope machinery and equipment we manufactured 30 years ago are still in normal operation.

  • June 2002

    Zhenjiang Shanghao Packaging Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the production of CD paper sleeves, envelopes, and other paper products.

  • 2007

    Decision made to pivot towards square bottom paper bag machinery, initiating research and development in this area.

  • 2008

    First roll-feeding square bottom paper bag machine developed and produced.

  • 2009

    Manufacture of the first prototype machine, achieving early success. Participation in the Beijing International Printing Exhibition in May 2009.

  • 2010

    Sunhope Packaging Machinery (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. was established, initiating the execution of the first 10-year plan aimed at becoming a leading manufacturer in the niche area of paper bag machinery with a reputation for precision and quality.

  • 2011

    Participated in exhibitions in Guangdong and Shanghai, marking the sale of the first SBH150 model.

  • 2012

    Breakthrough in the Philippine market; Sunhope factory building was completed and put into operation. Investments in processing and testing equipment were made, along with the formation of the company’s management and marketing team.

  • 2013

    Completed the design and application of servo die cutting and servo window patching units. Sunhope was acknowledged as a high-tech enterprise.

  • 2013-2014

    Development of a series of twisted handle paper bag making machines.

  • 2014-2015

    Launch of automatic twisted handle paper bag making machine series and paper cutter series.

  • 2016

    Completion of the series of automatic paper bag making machines and gradual establishment of overseas technical support centers and sales representatives.

  • 2017

    Complete acquisition of the technology of the Italian C&C flexo printing machine PRINTER. Re-gained the title of high-tech enterprise.

  • 2018-2021

    Active market expansion, both domestically and internationally, with enhancements in product range and quality. Refined internal management, PLM, and ERP systems, and formulated the next 10-year plan.

  • 2021-2031

    Aim to establish an international reputation, gradually develop a world-class digital and intelligent factory, evolve products towards higher intelligence, efficiency, and automation in packaging, and align with Industry 4.0 for transition from precision machinery to intelligent machinery.

    The paper bags produced by our machines are fully recyclable and can be reused multiple times.

    Recovery
    These paper bags are made from plant fibers, that once their usage is done, can be recycled using special processes, and used to make new paper bags, books, or other paper products, further eliminating environmental pollution.
